You can do your part in ensuring the safety of pets.

Some examples of abuse or neglect are:

• No shelter
• No food or water bowls
• Tied up on a very short chain

If you see animals being abused or neglected, you can:

• Talk to the owner
• Report the abuse or neglect to the SPCA
