The SPCA's New Leash on Life Building Campaign gained another Silver Level supporter when Allan and Jacqui Hopkins made a contribution on behalf of Midtown Transmission. SPCA staff member Glen Edworthy is shown with Jacqui, Allan, and their cheque for $5000. Both Allan and Jacqui feel that the animals at the shelter should have a comfortable place to stay while they wait to go to their permanent homes. |

SPCA employee Deseree Hatch and Advantage Real Estate's Randy Pistun hold up a cheque for $5000, made out to the SPCA's New Leash on Life Building Campaign. The Silver Level donor dug deep because building a new facility for the animals is a worthy cause, and the current shelter outlived its life span long ago. |

Silver Level donors Dean Link and the realtors at Advantage Real Estate are supporting the New Leash on Life Building Campaign. In the photo, Dean presents a $5000 cheque to SPCA staff member Amy Wilkinson. As a realtor, Dean feels that pets in the care of the SPCA deserve a home as good as the ones their future owners will give them. The SPCA's new facility aims to do just that. |

| Another Silver Level supporter of the SPCA's new Leash on Life Building Campaign stepped forward when Ken and Susan Placsko contributed $5,000. SPCA staff member Dawn Hegedus accepts the cheque from the two lifelong animal lovers. Ken and Susan have adopted several animals from the SPCA. |
